What will your typical week consist of?
Export, manipulate and analyze data from various sources
Follow and maintain specific processes to ensure integrity of data
Deliver high quality data and reports on time and with limited to no errors
Follow mapping and enrichment rules to make legacy data compliant with new CRM requirements
Participate in weekly monitoring meetings/calls with the CRM project team to report about status and issues and to be prepared in the execution of further project data tasks
Contribute to the design and implementation of processes and tools that will help progress data quality/consistency (identify opportunities for automation, process changes, end-user training, etc. to continuously improve the quality of customer and sales data)
Present ideas to receive feedback and make appropriate changes
Assist Salesforce users in the utilization of the system as needed
Assist Sales & Quoting Administrator with various tasks as needed

What to know coming in:
2-3 years of experience with Salesforce.com (capable of writing reports, understanding best practices, trending, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience in data entry
1-2 years of experience with data entry in a business environment
Basic understanding of a sales organization and business processes preferred
1-3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel; including functions such as pivot tables and financial reporting
1-3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting reports and data
Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to completion
Experience using Salesforce in a multinational company preferred
Ergonomic workstations, equipped with the ability to raise or lower your workstation to accommodate standing and sitting.
