What will your typical week consist of?
Analyze, gather requirements, define, recommend and present solutions that support both team created initiatives and business key initiatives provided by the executive leadership team.
Manage and lead multiple concurrent related projects within the team to include proper delegation and prioritization to close projects successfully.
Develop performance and monitoring metrics, manage projects, and provide ownership of projects as they relate to the Network Infrastructure
Maintain high quality standards for all projects and delivered software applications to the user base.
Monitor and maintain, firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless solutions.
Provide training/documentation and validate results of executed projects or platforms under your scope.
Develop and support continuous improvement objectives.
Participating on our Security Team reviewing and improving security within our environment.
Participating on the engineering team creating and maintaining a scalable, efficient, and resilient environment.

What to know coming in:
Solid understanding of network layers of the OSI model and how they relate
Implement and Manage 20+ Centrally managed enterprise firewalls
Experience in Global routing and VPN setups.
A passion to continually improve performance and resiliency within infrastructure
Hyper-V Cluster and SAN implementation and maintenance experience required (coming from environment w/ 100+ VM’s globally)
OSPF, IGRP, and BGP experience
Microsoft Certified Professional
Education & Qualifications:
7 or more years’ experience Managing and designing multi-site and global network infrastructure.
ITIL Certification or Training Preferred
Bachelor Degree in Business or Related Information Technology Field (Computer Science, Information Systems)
