What will your typical week consist of?
80% of your time will be spent assisting the Lead Builder while learning new programs/processes.
20% of your time will be split between consulting with Builders, Plumbers, Electricians, and other team members.

To effectively operate Lathe, Mill, Drill Press, Surface Grinder, and Sanders.

Mechanical Engineers, Controls Engineers, all levels of management, Electricians, and Customers.

What to know coming in:
High School or vocational shop class.
Desire to learn the building process, including assembly, debug, installation, and customer service.
